Shipbuilding Business begin in the year 2002 as one department of Jiangsu Textile Industry(group) Import & Export Co., Ltd.  And in the year of 2014, according to the instruction of Soho Holding Group Co., Ltd, Shipbuilding businees has incorpprated into Soho honry Import&Export Co., Ltd.

Firstly business of shipbuilding is acting as the agent of shipyards, to provide finance support, refund Guarantee provider, export and import matters during ship construction.

Along with the business development, Shipbuilding Business of SOHO HONRY also gradually signed shipbuilding Contract directly with ship owners or buyers except only acting as export agent, then find suitable shipyards to build the vessels. These years we have founded good and long-term cooperation relations with different type shipyards within Jiangsu Province. The vessels we built and/or acted as agent including different barges, tugs, oil tankers and chemical tankers, cement carriers, bulk cargo ship under 50,000 tons, engineering vessels (accommodation barge, platform supply vessel, etc). At the same time, we also provide domestic marine equipment to foreign Client and introduce foreign marine equipment to domestic shipyards and clients.
