Configurations:

Beam creel of sizing machine

1. In double deck execution, each group for 4 warper's beams with operating platform between groups. Guiding rollers plated by chrome.

2. Nos. of beams: 16 or 20

3. Warp beam on friction resisting bearing support, with adjusting handle wheel for adjusting transverse movement distance.

Sizing box of sizing machine

1. Sizing with double dip, double squeezing size trough

2. Front and rear squeezing rollers adopt synchronization pressure by cylinder at two ends of rollers.

3. Immersion roller:With stainless steel shell. The immersion rollers are supported by stainless bearing.

4. The squeezing force is regulated automatically according to the machine speed (linear pressure).

5. Direct steam heating with automatic temperature control.

6. Heating pipes are made of stainless steel.

7. Circulation pump with stainless steel blade is driven individually.

8. Warp feeding device: Composed of feed roller, press roller and tension measuring roller. The feed roller is with rubber cover.

Cylinder dryer of sizing machine

1. Drying cylinders in parallel layout. Total 14 cylinders.

2. Stainless steel drying cylinders in Ø 800 mm. 10 drying cylinders are with Teflon coating.

3. With steel structure frame and steel plate door at two sides. The dry cylinders are supported by bearings.

4. Stainless steel hood with exhaust fan.

Machine headstock of sizing machine

1. Max. beam Dia.: Ø 1000 mm

2. Waxing device: For single side waxing of warp sheet, with melting device for wax. The melting device is equipped with heating pipe made of stainless steel for indirect heating. The surface of waxing roller is plated of hard chrome.

3. Auto loading and unloading of beam : Pneumatically actuated automatic beam loading and unloading device.

4. Beam coupling and width adjustment: Moveable beam stands with drive for beam winding.

5. Yarn pressing device: Pneumatically actuated pressing device
