Use
The spandex core-spun device is used for spinning cotton and cotton chemical fiber spandex covering yarn with yarn count of 10S~60S.

Principle
Spandex is rewinded through rewinding roller on roving creel, then pass through godet roller. It is fed in on triangle area. Front roller sprocket wheel drive the bridge wheel, adjust the drafting multiple through gear changing, and drive spandex rewinding roller, making the front roller and spandex rewinding roller run synchronically under certain drafting ratio.

Configuration selection
Godet wheel: Common type (plastic wheel) / Precision (aluminum wheel)  / Import type ( adjustable spindle distance type)
Drive type: Front roller drive / Servo motor drive
Unwinding roller: Stainless steel composite pipe / Aluminum alloy processing / Cold drawn tube of high precision type
